- Heart Felt and Held.co does not collect or ask either online or offline personal information from persons under the age of 13 years. If you are under age you may use our services with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- When you are using our communication services you agree that you will not defame, abuse, stalk, harass, threaten and violate any human legal rights. Doing that will result in the session cancelled immediately.
- Rights of privacy and publicity of anyone, public post or upload distributing appropriate, defame, defamatory, indecent or unlawful topics and name.
- Heart Felt and Held. Co reserves the right to keep all the sessions conversations private and confidential.

- For INTERNATIONAL USERS
- The services are controlled and administered by Heart Felt and Held .co from our offices in Johannesburg South Africa.
- If you assess the services outside of South Africa you are responsible for compliance with local laws. You agree that you will NOT use the Heart Felt and Held Content accessed through the Heart Felt and Held.co in any country or any manner prohibited by any application laws, restrictions or regulations.

Cancellation and Refunds
- The cancellation and policy applies to the online appointment booking services offered by Heart Felt and Held. By booking an appointment with us you agree to this policy
- Client Cancellation
- Clients can cancel their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
- if you wish to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment but not less that 2hours, you will be charged 50% of the services, except in case of emergency which will be handled on a case by case basis. We understand that unexpected situations arise and we do our best to manage these with empathy and understanding.
- If you wish to cancel within 2 hours of the appointment you will be charged 100% of the service fee except in case of an emergency which will be handled on a case to case basis. We understand that unexpected crises may arise and we do our best to manage these with empathy and understanding.
3 Refund Policy
3.1 If an appointment is cancelled atleast 24 hours in advance you will receive a full refund credited to you original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
3.2 If a session is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment 50% refund will be provided taking into account of the cancellation fee.
3.3 appointment cancellation within 2 hours before the session will be eligible to 100% service fee and there is no refund.
3.4 if we have to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided to you, immediately, or the amount will be credited towards a future appointment, as per your preference.
3.5 clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice will NOT be eligible for a refund.
4 Re-Scheduling
4.1 Clients can re-schedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the schedule time without and penalty.
4.2 Re-scheduling within 24 hours of an appointment time will result in a re-scheduling fee of 25% of the service fee.
5 Changes to Policy
5.1 we reserve the right to modify changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website.
5.2 it is your responsibility to often check this Policy for updates.
